A natural cavity in rock, large enough to be entered by people. May be water filled. May also be blocked partly or fully by sediment or ice. Commonly formed by solution in Limestone. Caves also form in many other rock types, and by many other processes.

Crawford wins gold for Ireland in Algeria

County Antrim's Ben Crawford won the gold medal at the World University Championships in Algeria on Saturday in a jump-off against a British rider. Crawford, a student of Queen's University in Belfast, was part of a three-strong Irish team that also included Susie Cave and Natalie Quinlivan, all riding borrowed horses.
